Hunstanton is a unique residential and holiday town, being the only east coast resort facing west and bordered by sea on two sides – the gateway to the unspoilt North and West Norfolk Coast.
Market demand comes from two distinct groups, second homes for holidays and retirement homes with most buyers coming from London and the Midlands.
A good percentage of second homes are hired out either privately or through agencies as self-catering holiday homes which prove very popular, particularly in the high summer season, bank holidays and Christmas and New Year.
Because the area is unique prices have in general held steady.
